Create your own voice – change it, sing along don’t let your feeling ruin your life. Your favourite song will raise your mood, sing with energy, sing out loud, sing to overcome that unhappy moment. Sing and think happy moment, and with the mood raise, the discomfort will shrink. When you counter a problem with a joyful approach, it will ease the problem, however, if you use the opposite, it will multiply with more. Just like playing squash, the harder you hit the ball, the harder it bounces back. So, let the songs of joy be the extinguisher or what unhappiness you are facing, if not, at least lighten it.
