Often, we find ourselves glued to our phones, hoping for a message or connection from someone else. This duality in our lives is a beautiful aspect of our existence—one that I personally cherish and frequently engage in, resulting in invaluable life lessons.

However, I recently found myself in a state of confusion, realizing the need to transition to a new phase—one that I would like to call “the art of letting go.” Looking back, I recognize that I spent a significant amount of money during my younger years accumulating material possessions. Regrettably, my wife was never as enthusiastic about these pursuits as I was. It breaks my heart to admit that I acted selfishly, prioritizing my desires over her feelings and needs. I managed to persuade her to support me in my pursuits, but now I see the error of my ways. I am immensely grateful for this awakening, which has prompted me to reverse this cycle and embark on a journey of shared experiences and mutual fulfillment. It is high time we do the things we love together, as companions who genuinely matter to each other. For this realization, I offer my heartfelt gratitude—thank you, thank you.
