Use some magic – reclaim, goal setting, create goal and game, motivate. You know some goals are higher and harder to reach, a goal is a goal, once you set it, aim, and go for it, create a few markers, where you can see your achievement developing. Look at your goal as if you already achieve, visualise yourself at the finishing mark, see that celebration, all this thought will give you that energy to complete it.
Don’t use words like maybe, might, could, would, should. These words cannot confirm your placing. You know your direction.
Maybe they will come – change it – Delete maybe. You are sure!
They might help me with it – change it – They are here to help.
I could have been promoted – change it – The pass is what you have missed, the next promotion is mine.
I would try if I have the time – change it – be firm – I will make it.
You should go that way instead, look at the mess – change it – You can’t turn the time around, what’s gone, gone. See how we can clear the mess.
Words without confirmation, carries no strength.
Be decisive, be firm, answer with a “Yes” or a “No”, not maybe.
I always believe in priority and first come first serve, when I promise something, the next thing that is more attractive, I will not shift, and I don’t like the idea of people having to weigh me against other matter. Well, for me a promise is a promise and we keep it for good sake. When you respect people, people respect you. Lose a little but gain that reputation.
“Reputation is what people think and award you, when you lose it, it’s self-inflicted, no one’s to blame.” Vincent (translated from a wise friend)
