Stress is every where how do we cope it? Find the cause, get the remedy. There is a cause, do go to a quiet corner to re-capped what happen. Don’t ignore it, don’t react in anger, don’t feel depress, there is always a solution to things, and it’s because you are in such situation and you got tangle, find means to release, watch a happy movie, buy yourself a good lunch, meet a good friend, buy something nice for yourself, but not by intoxicating yourself the problem will still be there when you become sober again.
There are problems where you are not in control, you must look at it at the other angle, “Inside every adversity lies the seed of equivalent or better benefit”.
We are in that situation where all people will ask “why me? I know it’s difficult, not able to focus, as we are caught in the situation, where the self-pity takes control of the brain, breathe deep, focus and must find a way out.
I also feel, that we have to keep moving around, where the confine thoughts are released.
When you will be able to walk out yourself, so be patient, sometimes it takes a while. Been there done that. You can do it. Be who you want to be, not what people want you to be.
The only thing in the world that people can’t control is your brain, however, they can do something to affect your mood. We are very special in our own ways, we will not allow to be victimised, we will walkout regardless how hard is it.
When we don’t show signs that we are angered, we win. When we react, we lost, as that’s what’s its all about. A mind games. We are the powerful ones, we use our mind not our fist, the rest will be taken care for us if we use the mind.
Exchanging angry words only down grade yourself. “I will not be what you want me to be, unless I am willing to co-operate.”
I will not be affected by your 2 little words, it will not move me, and I don’t have to time to acknowledge.

I have more important things to do then to pay attention on your little behaviour.

Do something you really love, where you get away for a while, and address it after those happy moments, you will see things clearly or at least better.
There are so many ways to cope with people, we are given this powerful thing in the head that is call the brain, use it wisely, use it for a good purpose.
