Read yourself a story read out loud, remember twice as much, remember for a longer period. Similar to talking to yourself, it’s like a recorder, and seems like save in that sub-conscious mind, it will pop out when similar things happen, and those recorded things, messages will surface.
You might think it’s going to be filtering and it’s a lot of work, but soon you will be accustomed to it when you look at things on the other side positively.
