Link the truth with reality - relaxation, truth will give you energy. Have the confident in what ever you do, know what is good and what is bad. Remember this simple thing, you have a lot of covering to do when you tell a lie, and it’s so tiring to remember, and in some situation you will panic. I am walking towards the path where I do not have to answer for what I do. I will do only things that benefit one and other. I will not do anything if it will harm someone, hurt someone, or even inconvenience someone. I always feel good, when people say thank you. I am not an extra-ordinary person, simply within my means if I can help, I will.
