Leave your comfort zone - look for the challenge, break free, fly, when there is a new objective there are new challenge. (Time to change, too routine, delegate the work, see what else you which can do will bring you more joy.) You might want to take a longer break to explore what you really want to do, you might want to take it as a part-time or as a hobby for a start, but if you still think too much about it, next year, today you are still thinking, don’t worry about if it does not work, because you haven’t even started it.
I have started many things, I failed, and tried a new one, or idea, today, I might have lost quite a fair bit, but I tell myself, at least I have tried. I feel good.
