Invent games make things exciting – project turn into games. Day in day out, everything is the same, change the way how you work and get things done, sometime. New ideas, new place and new style, make it refreshing, make it new, create it like a game where you and your staff will get so excited and very proactive on the project itself, rather than like doing it the usual way, once a department complete, it’s send to another for further processing. Once a while, activities like this will create the bond between colleagues. It sound crazy at times where you have to bring the moods up for everybody, not the usual corporate seriousness, I think so long it’s completed it’s fine, and it will be nicer if it’s completed with fun and full participation with all the staff. I am sure everybody is looking into fun at office than that of a office work, agree?
