Get in touch with nature – get some sunlight – We have been working too hard, in house, under a very nice environment. If there’s a chance especially after a meal, go for a short walk. During you rest day, schedule for a day with the nature. We are cluttered in the city with too many people, rushing, busy and the environment, a simple outing to the seaside or some nature spots, (Singapore, not many) even renting a bicycle at the beach or park will be nice. Everything is too convenient now; 2 clicks and the food is on the table. The car is waiting for you in 10 minutes.  We have forgotten that our body needs the break free from the city and into the nature, for some fresh air and unwinding.

Seems like the clock is clicking faster than what it use to be, since technology have assist in so many ways to safe time and we still don’t have the time. Maybe, you are over-working, or you haven’t decided to draw that plan to rest, maybe. Or you have good.
