Let’s forget how to be angry, Anger takes up a lot of energy, a lot of time, and it has no benefit. We will not put in any effort if the task has no benefit. Why are you putting so much effort to be angry, at all the things, and sometime so little.
Let’s forget how to hate, when we dislike we don’t have to shout loud to tell everyone, just one experience, move on, move away. Some people are like cloud, if they move away you will see the clear sky. Have you ever look at the other side, the quality before things gets bad, you are the super people, we can control our emotion, and we will not be upset over this little inconveniences caused to us.
Let’s forget and forgive, time to unload your pain, enough of holding, give a good excuse to close the book, and how long, how much energy, how much good times passes you by. Try this exercise, clear that before the sun goes down. Some incident is not worth talking let alone remembering it. The bigger person choose to move on, are you Big enough?
