Don’t get confine in your thoughts, get a release, if you ponder too long, it will turn out into something else, seek help, speak up, talk to people, find a way, don’t be shy, it’s definitely good for you. Find the cause and address. (Easy said than done, agree.) Definitely, then stuck in a zone, where you might get yourself hurt.

Another way is to talk to your innerself, everyone have that special thing call thoughts, sometime people don't realize what they have done, perhaps you might want to look at the source, he/she might have it bad earlier, "Do you choose to forgive and forget, because he/she don't normally behave this way." or "Everytime they had a bad day, they will accidentally put you in it." If it happens one to many times, find a solution to address it, but not hit the ball real hard back.

Many things can affect us we are in control, think before you speak. It's always noble to give way, even you are at the right of way.
