Change your habit – Habits can be get rid of. How did it come to it as a habit? There are few types of it good, bad, addictive.

Smoking is no good for health, we know it, but how did that thing hop onto us? Does it looks cool and when we taste that very first time, just try for fun, nothing wrong, we are strong to stop it. It didn’t work that way, and we got stuck and so many years pass.

Quitting is not easy, but it’s easy when your mind wants to co-operate. Keep the quitting to yourself, you don't want to be challenged. You need to avoid some usual spots and people, some who don’t have that strong mindset, will give that loser comment to put you off.
